Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information MarsVidya handles when you browse the site, enter checkout details or make a payment, and how you can ask questions about that information.

Who handles your information

MarsVidya is operated by [ADD REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], at [ADD REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS]. For privacy questions, contact [ADD GRIEVANCE EMAIL].

Information we collect

  • The name, email address and mobile number you enter at checkout.
  • Payment and subscription references, amounts, status, dates and error details supplied by Razorpay or created during checkout.
  • Messages and transaction details you provide when requesting support, cancellation or a refund.
  • Basic technical request information that hosting and security systems may process when you use the site.

Why we use it

We use these details to start and verify checkout, maintain subscription and payment records, respond to support or refund requests, protect the service, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We use the contact details you provide to identify the correct transaction and communicate about it.

Payments and other providers

Razorpay processes the payment and UPI AutoPay mandate. Relevant contact and transaction information is shared with Razorpay to provide and verify that service. Hosting and database providers process information needed to run the site securely. Information may also be shared when required by law.

MarsVidya's checkout form does not ask for your UPI PIN or OTP. Approve the mandate only in the payment provider or UPI app flow.

Security and retention

Access to payment records is restricted to authorized administration. Personal and transaction data is retained while needed for the purposes above, including applicable tax, accounting and dispute obligations. Erasure requests are reviewed against those obligations.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access or correct your details, request erasure where applicable, or raise a privacy grievance by writing to [ADD GRIEVANCE EMAIL]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some payment records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

If processing is based on consent, you may ask to withdraw that consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing already completed or stop retention required by law.

Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes to how payment information is handled will be explained clearly on the site.
